VITAL AND MORTAL STATISTICS, 1922.
POPULATION.
The population of the Borough estimated to the middle of the
year 1922 is 101,930. This figure shows an increase of 530 over the
figure 101,400, which was the revised estimate of the RegistrarGeneral
for the middle of the year 1921. The preliminary Census
figure was 100,493 ; this was subsequently revised to 100,450, but
allowing for adjustment on account of holiday movement, the official
Census figure was increased to 101,400, as stated.
