3. Thickening Substances. Any evidence of their addition to
cream or to preserved cream.
4. Other observations (if any).
Proceedings were taken in 10 cases, and in the other case a
warning letter was sent.
The proceedings resulted in fines and costs being imposed in
10 cases; in no cases conviction (no penalty) and costs; in 1 other
case the summons was withdrawn on payment of costs; in 3 cases
the summons was dismissed, and in the other 6 cases a warning
letter was sent.
