of the Kensington Borough Council who asked the Ministry to appoint
the Committee of experts in order that the amount of boric acid which
may be put into cream should be definitely agreed upon.
It is no longer permitted in any case to add preservative to milk.
The Ministry of Health require the Medical Officer of Health to
report on the administration of the above-mentioned Regulations and
for convenience the report has been drawn up under the following
headings:—

Report for the Year ended 31st December, 1922. 1.—Milk; and Cream not sold as preserved Cream.

(a)—Number of samples examined for the presence of a preservative.(b)—Number in which preservative was reported to be present, and percentage of preservative found in each sample.

officially cautioned.
