Mr. Mayor, Madam, and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to submit to you the Annual Report for
the year 1915.
In presenting this review of the work of the Public Health
Department for 1915 I wish to thank the Council and the Chairman
and Members of the Public Health Committee for the kindly support
and encouragement they have ever given me. I desire also to express
my appreciation of the earnest efforts of the members of the staff
of the Department whilst according me their assistance and able
co-operation.
