INFLUENZA.
During the year Influenza caused 36 deaths, which is a decrease of 19 on
the average of the preceding ten years and 35 on the return for the year 1915.
The annual death-rate was equal to 0.12 per 1,000 of the civil population as
compared with a mean decennial rate of 0.16 per 1,000.
