Stoppage notices under the above regulations were served on
May 9th. 91 bags oats.
June 14th. 60 tons grain.
„ 17th. 60 tons barley and oats.
„ 18th. 60 tons grain.
„ 19th. 60 tons grain.
Un the Inspector subsequently making enquiries it was found that the grain had been removed without our permission, contrary
to Part II., Article IV., of the above regulations.
The Public Health Committee interviewed the owner of the grain, but decided, as the offence appeared to have been committed
through ignorance of the regulations, to warn, and not prosecute him.
