Nicholas, 42 in Charlton, and 22 in Kidbrooke; 276 of these
cases were removed to the Hospital for treatment. There
were 3 deaths from this disease during the year as against
3 last year.
Fifteen of the cases removed to the Hospital as suffering
from Scarlet Fever were returned as wrongly diagnosed, and
5 stated to be Erythema, 3 Rotheln, and 2 each Tonsillitis
and Varicella: no alternative disease, however, being stated
in the remaining 3 cases, while 11 patients on discharge were
still suffering, 4 each from Chronic Rhinorrhoea, 2 from
Watery Rhinorrhoea, and 1 from Otorrhoea and Rhinitis, and
parents were duly notified of this.
The following Table gives particulars of the seven cases
which would seem to be "return cases." There were 4 such
cases in 1910, 10 in 1909, and 8 in 1908.
