Report on the sanitary condition of the Hackney District for the year 1911

HOUSING, TOWN PLANNING, ETC., ACT, 1909.
In accordance with a resolution passed by the Public Health
Committee and approved of by the Borough Council, I submitted
to the Committee during the year 1911 the undermentioned lists
of houses which in my opinion should be inspected under
Section 17 of the above Act, viz.:—
Jan. 5th, 1911.
Nos. 1 to 16, Helmsley Place (consecutive numbers).
„ 7 to 18, Helmsley Street (consecutive numbers).
„ 1 to 79, Nisbet Street (odd numbers).
„ 2 to 72, Nisbet Street (even numbers).
March 16th, 1911.
Nos. 1 to 77, Chalgrove Road (odd numbers).
„ 2 to 110, Chalgrove Road (even numbers).
March 30th, 1911.
Nos. 1 to 21, Marian Street (odd numbers).
„ 2 to 32, Marian Street (even numbers).
„ 11 to 23, Woolpack Place (odd numbers).
„ 10 to 16, Woolpack Place (even numbers).
„ 1 to 21, Ribston Street (odd numbers).
„ 2 to 4, Ribston Street (even numbers).
„ 14 to 20, Ribston Street (even numbers).
„ 1 to 11, Hockley Street (consecutive numbers).
„ 13 to 18, Hockley Street (consecutive numbers).
„ 18 to 29, Hockley Street (consecutive numbers).
These premises were duly inspected by Sanitary Inspectors
Vobe and Hall under my supervision and notices were served as
provided by the Act for any defects found. The following
table gives information respecting the inspection of the above
dwelling-houses as required by Article V. of the Regulations
made under Section 17 (1) of the Housing Town Planning, etc.,
Act, 1909.
