Articles of Food Seized or Surrendered as Unfit for Food.—
During the year 1911 the following articles of food were seized
by the inspectors or surrendered as being unfit for food, viz.,
12 cwt. 4 qrs. fish; 4 cwt. 1 qr. 2 lbs. meat; 19 cwt. fruit and
vegetables ; 3 cwt. 1 qr. tinned foods.
DAIRIES, COWHOUSES AND MILKSHOPS.
(a) Cowhouses.—The licensed cowkeepers in the Borough have
again decreased in number during the past year. At the end of
1911 they numbered 15 only with 20 cowsheds. This is a reduction
