A summons against the wholesale dealer at Smithfield
Market, who supplied the butcher, was dismissed,
as he proved that at the time he sold the pluck he did
not know, and had no reason to believe, that it was
tuberculous.
The following articles examined at the request of the
owners were condemned and destroyed:—
8 boxes of fish. 1 barrel of grapes.
3 sacks of winkles. 114 boxes of dates.
8 bushels of cherries.

Proceedings undeer the Sale of Food and Drugs Acts. The undermentioned samples were purchased for analysis in 1912.
