To the Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors of the
Metropolitan Borough of Fulham.
Sir and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to present to you my 20th Annual
Report on the vital statistics and the conditions affecting
the health of the borough for the year 1912.
The statistics of births, deaths and infectious diseases
relate to the fifty-two weeks ended December 28th, 1912.
POPULATION.
The population of Fulham as enumerated at the
Census taken on April 2nd, 1911, was 153,284, and in
the middle of 1912, estimated in the usual way on the
assumption that the rate of increase which prevailed
between 1901 and 1911 has been maintained since, it
was 155,402.

The following table shows the increase of the population of the borough since 1851:— TABLE I.
