(d) Care is taken that the gross totals of the several columns in this Table respectively equal the corresponding totals for the whole districts in Tables I. and IV.: thus, the totals ot
columns a, b, and c agree with the figures for the year in the columns 2, 3, and 12 respectively of Table I : the gross total of the sub columns c agree with the total of column 2 in
Table IV , and the gross total of sub-columns d with the total of column 3 in Table IV.
