The inspection of the Elementary Schools of Lambeth Borough
by the Borough Council's officers does not include their
structural condition, so that to draw a fair conclusion as to the
general condition of the Non-Provided Schools in Lambeth
Borough, the Report of the Borough Council's officers as to
general sanitary conditions should be read in conjunction with
the Reports of the London County Council's Architect dealing
with structural conditions.
