In conclusion, I desire to thank all the members
of your Committee for much kind and sympathetic
support. So long as the Staff can feel they have the
confidence of the Committee to support them in their
trying and difficult duties, so long will the Department
continue to exert its best efforts in the improvement of
the Borough.
I am Mr. Chairman and Gentlemen,
Your most obedient servant,
JOHN FOOT.
