Eynham Brickfields, Wood LaneDeposit of offensive refuse on land.Dismissed. The learned magistrate dismissed the summons on the same ground upon which I advised the Public Health Committee that the By-law would not apply.
184, Goldhawk RoadNon-compliance with sanitary notice.Order made for the completion of work. £3 3s. costs.
35, 37, and 63, Westville RoadNon-compliance with sanitary notice.25s. costs in one case, 2S. costs for each of the other two.
99, Queen StreetCarrying on the trade of dairyman and purveyor of milk without being registered.Fined £2 and 2s. costs, and 25. costs second summons or one month's imprisonment.
4, Rayleigh RoadNon-compliance with sanitary notice.Order made for work to be carried out within fourteen days.

PUBLIC MORTUARY.
During last year 223 bodies were removed to the
mortuary at Fulham Palace Road. There were 116
bodies brought to the mortuary by order of the
Coroner or the Police ; 58 bodies were taken from
the West London Hospital, and 49 bodies were received
for accommodation.
PUBLIC NUISANCES.
During last year I had occasion to bring before
your Public Health Committee complaints in reference
to the following alleged Public Nuisances in the
Borough :—
Eynham Brickfields, Wood Lane. Mr. J. Latter. Deposit of refuse
and keeping of pigs.
Excel Meat Co., Hammersmith Road.
The whole of these complaints had the careful
consideration of your Public Health Committee.
