HOUSING OF THE WORKING CLASSES ACTS, 1890-1903.
In the month of February I made the following representations
under Part II. of the Housing of the Working Classes Act,
1890.
Town Hall, Hackney, N.E.,
2nd February, 1905.
To the Public Health Committee,
Gentlemen,
I beg to report to you, in pursuance of Section 32 of
the Housing of the Working Classes Act, 1890, that on
the 10th day of January last, I inspected the dwelling
houses situate at and known as 1—16, Tranby Place,
Homerton, within your district, and of which Henry
Bainton, 17, May Road, The Green, Twickenham, is the
owner.
I found such dwelling houses to be in the state hereinafter
set forth, which in my opinion axe so dangerous or injurious
to health that the said houses are unfit for human
habitation
In my opinion, the said dwelling houses are not capable
of being made fit for human habitation, and are in such a
state that the occupation thereof should be immediately
discontinued.
