During the year 1907 Miss Teebay, the Workshop and Laundry
Inspector, made 2,493 inspections of workshops and places where
females are employed. In connection with these visits she served
275 Intimation and 12 Statutory Notices for the abatement of
nuisances discovered during her inspections. The following table
gives further particulars relating to the inspections of workshops in
the Borough:—
