Table: Since 1897, 2282 examinations have been made for the medical profession, of which 836 were mucous taken from the throats of Diphtheritic patients, 603 were blood from Enteric Fever patients, and 840 mucous from the lungs of Phthisical patients. The results of these examinations are set out in the table below:—
