The preventive measures adopted were fully described in the
report for 1909.
Briefly they have reference to the following:—
1. Visitation and advice to the patient and the rest of the
family.
2. Enquiry for missed or suspected cases.
3. Suspected cases are put in the way of obtaining
treatment.
