CLEANSING OF PERSONS ACT, 1907.
In 1909, an arrangement was entered Into with the Holborn
Board of Guardians to provide for the cleansing of Finsbury cases
under this Act at a cost of six shillings per person.
1 his cleansing is effected and the clothes of applicants are freed
from vermin at the Casual Wards in Little Gray's Inn Lane,
Holborn.
