The Goswell Road slaughter house is licensed for the slaughter
of small animals only.
There are no knackers. yards in the Borough.
The slaughter houses were inspected in 1910, on 63 occasions.
No defects were ascertained and consequently no notices were
served.
MILK SUPPLY.
There are in Finsbury only three sets of premises licensed for
cowkeeping.

All cowsheds in London are licensed annually for one year only
by the London County Council at a special session held in
October of each year.
The premises were inspected by the district inspectors on 17
occasions. They are also periodically inspected by the London
County Council staff and their veterinary inspector. No notices
were served in 1910.
DAIRIES AND MILKSHOPS.
The number of persons registered during the year as purveyors
of milk was 52, of which 11 were new registrations. During the
