Emphasis was laid on the need for the physical education of
children, including not only physical exercises and training, but
also the careful supervision and selection of the conditions (at
school and at home) under which the children live, with a view
to improving the physique of the nation.
We take this opportunity of thanking the Council for having
appointed us their delegates.
