The Public Health Committee inspected the premises and came to the conclusion that no actual infringement of the bye-law existed. |

Applications were also made in the case of 4 other premises comprising
15 dwellings, which, owing to the existence of sanitary defects,
I was unable to grant.
FOOD AND DRUGS ACTS.
During the year, 366 samples were taken for analysis, and of these,
14, or 3.8 per cent., were found to be adulterated.
