Bakehouses.
At the end of 1904, there were 38 Bakehouses on the Register,
23 being under and 15 over ground. This is a decrease in the total
number, of 3, and is due to the fact that there are 4 less underground
bakehouses, and 1 more overground bakehouse. A list of the Bakehouses
on the Register at the end of the year will be found in Table
XVI, page 110.
