VACCINATION RETURNS.
Return for the Period January—June, 1904.
Return to be made on or before 8th of February, 1905, by Mr. T. J. Garstang, Vaccination Officer of
the Holborn Union, respecting the Vaccination of Children whose Births were registered in the Finsbury
District, from 1st January to 30th June, 1904, inclusive.
