There has been a much greater absence of delay in
getting in the lists of outworkers, the owners of workshops
taking care to forward them at the proper time.
There was a considerable decrease in the number of
infectious cases notified in home-workers' premises, only 12 of
these having occurred during the year.
In conclusion, I have to thank the Council for the
consideration they have never spared, and the staff, both
inspectional and clerical, for much ready help.
I am, Mr. Mayor and Gentlemen,
Your obedient Servant,
FRANCIS STEVENS,
Medical Officer of Health.
