The Educational Section was presided over by Mr. J. H.
Yoxall, M.P., and in this section many able papers were given,
producing discussions bearing upon the Education question as it
affects the health of the children, the question of the presence in
schools of underfed children being particularly brought to the
front. Papers were also read bearing upon the planning and
sanitary construction of schools.
Other Sections of the Congress were: One dealing with
Child Life and School Hygiene; One dealing with Bacteriological

bacteriological purity of water, milk, and other articles. One
paper dealt particularly upon the great risk there is of picking up
