facilities for early diagnosis which this department affords
would have sufficed alone to bring about any such favourable
results as it has been my pleasure to record, nor would these
combined have been sufficient without the generous and loyal
support which has always been accorded to my efforts by
the Council and by my colleagues of the Public Health
Department.
