* In a separate Table the more important classes of workshop industry should be distinguished,
each in a separate line.
‡ A Register is required bv s. 131 in the case of "Workshops only.
+ Under this head should be included the Kitchens of Hotels, Restaurants, Eating Houses of all
sorts, Tripe, Fried Fish and Eel Shops, and other places where food is prepared.
N.B.—It is not necessary, for the purposes of this return, to distinguish between Domestic
Factories, Domestic or Tenement Workshops and other Workshops with which, therefore they should
be included.
