Notification of Phthisis.
The voluntary notification of cases of Tubercular Phthisis
which was begun in 1902 has been continued, and 171 notifications
were received—47 occurring in private and 124 in public
practice.

In all cases in which permission could be obtained the
rooms, bedding, etc., were disinfected by the Council after the
removal or death of the patient.
