SUMMONSES ISSUED. FOOD AND DRUGS ACTS.
Arising out of the above samples there was issued a total of 60
summonses. Ten of these were not proceeded with in consequence
of the defendants being convicted on another summons in respect
of the same sample. The total amounts ordered to be paid were,
as penalties £223, and costs £64 5s. 6d.
