Commercial Docks, and coasting vessels certified under the
Merchant Shipping Acts, and outside the jurisdiction of the
Canal Boats Acts.
The dates on which other visits have been made for
purposes of inspection are: July 8th and 23rd, August 28th,
September 24th, October 20th, November 10th, and
December 23rd.
The borough not being a registration authority under the
Acts, I have no report as to the registration of boats.
