POPULATION OF CHELSEA.
The census population of the Borough of Chelsea for the year
1901 was 73,842.
The following Table shows the population of each of the Wards of Chelsea, of the whole Borough, and of London, together with the percentages of males and females in each. Table I.

The excess of females over males is greatest in Hans Town Ward,
and least in Stanley Ward, where the proportions are the same as those
in London as a whole.
