Two gas burners.From adjoining room by windows.Access — By staircase from passage of house. Storeroom over bakehouse. Troughs— None in this bakehouse. Bread made in an upper bakehouse. Two fixed tables. Drain inlets — none in bakehouse. Water supply — from main direct W.C.'s— one in basement and one in yard.Two men employed about 66 hours per week. Lease—29 years unexpired. Adjoining the bakehouse is a room fairly well lighted and ventilated where most of the pastry is made.
