One oven used. | By windows from area, 3 ft. Gin. X 3 ft. 3in. X 1 ft. 4in. Two casements 3 ft. 6in. X 6 ft. 6in. Two gas burners used. | One window which opens 2ft. 4 in. X 3ft. and casement doors. | Access — by ladder from shop and steps to area. Store—back part of bakehouse used as store. Troughs — 1, fixed. Drain inlet — none in bakehouse. Water supply — from main.
