INFECTIOUS DISEASE NOTIFICATION.
During the year ended at Lady-day, 139 certificates were received by the Medical Officer of Health relating to Parishioners suffering from infectious disease, viz.:—

The cost incurred by the Vestry for the year in respect
of the Sale of Food and Drugs Acts, in addition to the costs
of the prosecutions referred to, is as follows:—

SUMMARY PROCEEDINGS.
Summonses have been taken out in the following

Fines were inflicted in each case.
In addition to the above mentioned summary cases,
proceedings have been taken against certain persons concerned
in the management of disorderly houses.
