Parish of Tooting.
The deaths of infants under one year of age numbered 25,
being 167 per 1,000 of the births registered during the
year as occurring within the sub-district. Twenty-four
of the deaths registered were those of persons over 60
years of age.
Social Position. The following table shews the proportion of deaths in the several social grades:
