PREFACE.
The present Report of the Sanitary administration
of the Parish of St. Marylebone, during 1893, is on the
same plan as the Reports of previous years. Its object
is to give a summary of all really important matters
affecting the Public Health, and to faithfully record
the work done by the Sanitary Staff in 1893. Much
necessarily consists of tabular matter, uninteresting to
the casual reader, but this dry detail is essential, and
experience has amply demonstrated its utility.
