"Notification of Infectious Disease" has been compulsory in the District since October 31st, 1889. The Isolation Hospitals are the Hospitals of the Metopolitan Asylums Board, and occasionally for Typhoid Fever cases the General Metropolitan Hospitals, see page 30.
