TO THE CHAIRMAN AND MEMBERS OF
THE VESTRY OF PADDINGTON.
Gentlemen,
I have the honour herewith to present to you
my First Annual Report dealing with the vital
statistics and sanitary work for the past year.
I regret the delay which has occurred in its
preparation, but such delay was unavoidable and
chiefly due to the time required to compile the matter
necessary for the preparation of the various tables, &c.
The labour expended this year will be of use in
future reports, and will enable me to present them
at earlier dates.
I have the honour to be,
Gentlemen,
Your most obedient Servant,
REGINALD DUDFIELD,
M.A., M.B., D.P.H., &c.,
Medical Officer of Health.
Vestry Hall,
Harrow Road, W.
July 1895.
