Non-compliance with Notices, 5 cases (continued):—
Undertaking given to do work, Vestry awarded costs,
three cases;
Summons dismissed, with eosts, against the Vestry,
one case.
Alleged non-notification of disease, case lost, with costs
against the Vestry.
Meteorology.—Table VII. in the Appendix contains
the quarterly totals and means of the chief meteorological
elements for the past year. The question of the
interrelation between climate, or weather, and disease
and mortality, cannot be discussed on this occasion,
from want of information as to previous years.
