SMITH'S GIFT.
Statement of the Accounts of the Charity called "Henry Smith's
Charity," belonging to the Parish of St. Mary, Newington, in
the County of London, of which the Churchwardens and
Overseers are the Administrators.
For the Year ending the 31st day of December, 1895.
DESCRIPTION OF REAL PROPERTY.
One tenth of income derivable from the following properties vested in the
Trustees of the lute Henry Smith:—
Clay Hall Farm, near Reigate; Hale Oak Farm, near Sevenoaks; Fee Farm
Rents at Mount Berres, Essex, and Heddington, Oxford; Rent-charge at Horley.
