Butter.—Twenty-two samples were taken; 15 were genuine, the
rest were adulterated and dealt with as follows:—
Adulterated with Margarine, 70 per cent., fined 10/- & 12/6 costs.

Pepper.—Five samples taken; all were genuine.
Total.—156. Genuine 99. Adulterated 57.
