“Act, 1891,' have jurisdiction over work
“shops, bakehouses, and factories which
“are not subject to the provisions of the
“Factory Acts, and specially as regards
“bakehouses they are bound to enforce
“Sections 34, 35, and 81 of the Act of
“1878, and Sections 15, 16, and 17 of
“the Act of 1883.
