As a matter of fact your own Inspectors of
Slaughter-houses and Meat never fail to seize
and destroy any putrid or unsound fish discovered
by them in the shops of retail fishmongers,
or at the Fish Market at Farringdon
Road during the absence of the Special
Inspector of the Fishmongers Company.
The fish seized by your inspectors is
included in my weekly report of their proceedings.
