out of 123 births (males 63, females 60—includng ten of
still-born children—males 7, females 3) 87 were illegitimate. In
the parish generally, the illegitimate births formed 5.0 per cent,
of total births, compared with 4.9, 4.9 and 5.8 in the preceding
three years respectively.
