"In the Parish, as a whole, there were 72 deaths in the 4th quarter
of last year. 183 in the 1st quarter, and 107 in the 2nd quarter of this
year, while the rates per 100,000 were respectively 84, 212 and 124,
and for the entire nine months 140."
