(Messrs. Wilson and Fisher), have been of great assistance to
me. They have discharged their onerous duties with zeal,
intelligence, and success.
The appointment of a Sanitary Inspector to carry out the
duties in connection with the Notification of Infectious Disease
under the Public Health (London) Act, 1891, has been of much
service, and I have pleasure in stating that Mr. Bache has
conducted the work to my entire satisfaction.
In conclusion, I desire to thank the Members of the Board
for their uniform courtesy, and their willingness at all times to
assist me by adopting any suggestions that I have made tending
to improve the Sanitary condition of the District.
I have the honour to remain, Gentlemen,
Yours faithfully,
CHARLES HENRY HARTT,
Medical Officer of Health.
