APPEALS TO THE LONDON COUNTY
COUNCIL.
Appeals against orders of the Vestry served under Section
41 of the Public Health Act, 1891, in respect of 27, 28, 29,
30, 31, 32 and 33, Victoria Road, and 1, 5, 7, 9, 11, 15, 17,
19, 21, 23, 25 and 27, Rectory Road, were heard by the
Appeal Committee of the Council.
In the case of the houses in Victoria Road the Council
confirmed part of the order of the Vestry and adjourned the
consideration of the other, but before the case was put down
for the adjourned hearing, the owner complied with all the
requirements of the Vestry.
In the case of the houses in Rectory Road the Council
confirmed three items of the order of the Vestry, but allowed
the appeal in respect of two.
