Repeal of Bye-Laws.
20. From and after the date of the confirmation of these bye-laws,
the regulations relating to houses let in lodgings which were confirmed on
the Eighth Day of May in the Year One Thousand Eight Hundred and
Eighty-Five by the Local Government Board shall be repealed.
